Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Kaiser Consulting, LLC (“Kaiser,” “we”) handles information in connection with kaiserco.co and internal software we build for our clients, including a private QuickBooks Online connection used only with companies the client already owns.

These tools are not sold, listed on a marketplace, or offered to the public.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit on this website (name, email, phone, message).
• Account and technical data needed to run an authorized integration, such as Intuit OAuth tokens, QuickBooks company identifiers, and accounting records the client chooses to connect.
• Normal web-server logs (IP address, browser, request time).

How we use it

We use this information only to operate and support the requested services, to respond to inquiries, and to keep the systems secure. We do not sell personal information or use connected QuickBooks data for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers required to run the integration (for example Intuit / QuickBooks), or when the law requires it. Authorized client staff can see data for their own companies.

Retention

Connection tokens and related records are kept while the integration is in use, then removed or disabled when a company is disconnected or the work ends. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to reply.
