Kaiser Consulting, LLC
This agreement covers internal software provided by Kaiser Consulting, LLC (“Kaiser,” “we”), including a private QuickBooks Online connector. The software is licensed only to the client organization and its authorized users. It is not a public or marketplace product.
Kaiser grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the client’s internal business operations. You may not resell it, sublicense it, or offer it to third parties.
You may connect only QuickBooks Online companies you are authorized to access. Use of Intuit’s services remains subject to Intuit’s own terms. Kaiser does not grant any rights in Intuit or QuickBooks software.
Keep login credentials confidential, use the software lawfully, and tell Kaiser if access should be revoked. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered through the software.
The software is provided “as is.” Kaiser does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, Kaiser is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the software.
